📦 Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund in the form of store credit only, less any restocking fees (typically 20% of the item price).
To qualify:

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged
- Taxes paid are non-refundable.

✅ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with:

We’ll be happy to issue a replacement or store credit if the claim is approved.

🕒 Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as we process and pack orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
Nipple Buds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.
